New Regional Council for the Providence Region

The new Regional Council for the Providence Region, named by the General Council, was announced on the feast of St Peter and St Paul. Rev. Fr. Dr. Joy Puthussery is appointed as the regional superior. He was serving as Rector of Kentenich Vidhyanikethan, our major seminary in Banglore until April 2021. Fr Paul Panamkulam is appointed as the first councillor. Fr Wilson Parekkattil, Fr Jaison Adakkaparamban and Fr Christo Karakkattu are appointed as councillors of the region. Regional Council took charge on 6^th of August. The council meetings take place online as the councillors are in different places.
